You can fly to Baltimore, Maryland (BWI) via Southwest Airlines, United, USAir, Delta, American and Continental. BWI Airport is about 40 minutes from the hotel and Cloisters Castle.

Alternately Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) is about an hour and a half away from the hotel and the Cloisters. Alaska Airlines, American, Continental, Delta, Jet Blue, United, US Air fly out of Dulles.

There are also numerous options for train and bus service.

  • Visit Baltimore's Inner Harbor - Baltimore is a great way to spend a few hours in the Fall. You can enjoy the harbor area shops, enjoy world famous Chesapeake Bay cuisine, visit the Baltimore Aquarium, Maryland Science Center, or Hard Rock Cafe. Consider eating at Lexington Market (Fresh market with an array of ethnic menus), The Rusty Scupper (all around great seafood - walking distance from Inner Harbor), or Phillips (best spot for crabcakes).
